Shiner Smokehaus
The new Shiner Smokehaus is a mesquite smoked Helles-style sommer bier. Interesting taste. I like the Shiner Commemorator much more, but this would be a good accompaniment to grilled foods. Not sure if it is available beyond TX.

Just backed up the truck for the annual Randall's sale on Shiner. $7.99 a 12-pack last weekend - 3 days only. I was like the ant and the rubber tree taking the cases to the car.

Rauchbier is interesting but I can't imagine drinking it all the time.

I'll have to keep an eye out for it. Shiner Boch is my "go to" beer.

we rarely get Shiner in the upper Midwest but when I lived in LA (the state not the city) we could occasionally get it. Good stuff.
