Limoncello (Home Made)
Made up a batch of home made Limoncello and it has really been nice during the brutal heat wave we just experienced. Lots of different recipes for this liquer but I went with the quick and dirty, fresh squeezed lemon juice, vodka, water and sugar. Put that puppy in the freezer for 24 hours and it was lovely.
Hard core recipes can take 60 days or more to mature.
