Beer Batter
Grandpa has a hankering for beer battered Cod. Anyone got a tried and true beer batter recipe? Thanks

It's a feel thing. Beer, flour and baking powder.. batter shouldn't drip much off the whisk. Flour-batter-flour and fried in 350-375 degree oil.

I have seen recipes that call for it. I love it with malt vinegar.
