Macallan Cask Strength
First of all, I am a Scotch neophyte.
If you like the Macallan 12 and 18, but don't want to spring for the extra $ for the 18, try cask strength (~117 proof). It has more dimension to it IMHO, than the 12, and is but a few dollars more. The 18 is great, but almost twice the cost of the 12 in my neck of the woods. Just my 2¢ |
