How Should i store my Cigars

i went to cuba and bought 3 monte cristo #4s, a romeo y juliete #1 and a pack of cohiba club minis
how should i store them
i bought a box thats made of spanish cidar or sumtin like that should i put them in that with a wet sponge or without
or should i keep them in the boxes
ive opened them all so they aint gonna stay fresh but will it be just as good as them being in the box???
