Aristocrat Humidity

A few months ago, during a routine inspection of the contents of the old Aristo.....(OK, not so old......a lil over two years).......I notice some mold forming on a couple of sticks in two boxes in areas where the air doesn't circulate well. Now mind you, I've pretty much kept the set & forget points at 67% low and 70% high for the whole life of operation..........so I decide that I'm going to dry things out a lil by lowering the range to 67% high, and 61% low. Fine. I wait a couple of days, and turn the thing back on. Beep, beep, beep........the high humidity alarm is going off. Fine. I'll wait a lil longer. Two weeks go by......I try.......beep, beep, beep. OK.....I wait a month. Beep, beep, beep. Now it's been three or four months, and the humidity is STILL 70%!!!!!! Those friggin sticks are holdin some moisture baby! It's been awful moist here in the NE with the remnants of four hurricanes coming thru......but I never thought it would be THIS LONG before I could plug that baxtard back in

Just thought I'd share. Carry on.
