It is still a step in the right direction. They fought it tooth and nail, too.

There are compromises everywhere, but You gotta keep the pressure on these types or the nepotism/career polititions/corruption/wastes just continue.



So, a small victory and a hope that the absentee's and exception ballots don't alter the results.



Also, Big Thanks go to You Sir Tommy, for keeping a vigilant eye and ear here and one the other sites.
