Wine cooler problems

I just finished lining the wine cooler with Spanish Cedar. I hused a 14 CFM fan mounted under the bottom shlef and blowing up. On the top shelf I have an Oasis. The fan is running 3 minutes every 11/2 hour. So far is keeping at about 69%. I have the cooler turned off because the temp in the room is 72 degrees. Any experiences as to how long should the fun run is appreciated.
