The draft is scheduled for Monday, August 26, 2013 at 8:00 PM ET

The entry fee is 10 cigars (that you would like to receive yourself).

Payouts are sent directly to winners at the end of the season are as follows:
1st Place: 60 Cigars
2nd Place: 30 Cigars
3rd Place: 20 Cigars
4th Place: 10 Cigars
What we have done in the past and will continue to do is, the winners do not send out any cigars and we simply deduct their 10 cigars from their winnings.

Just like previous years, the divisions will be set according to the ESPN's Random draft order.
Division 1 will be draft positions 1, 5, & 9; Division 2 will be draft positions 2, 6, & 10; Division 3 will be draft positions 3, 7, & 11; Division 4 will be draft positions 4, 8, & 12

We will play everyone in our own division twice (weeks 1-3 & weeks 11-13) and everyone not in our division once.
Playoffs are each of the division winners (top two get a bye) and the remaining two playoff spots are given to the top two non-division winners.

PLAYOFF FORMAT:
ROUND 1:
WILDCARD ROUND - The top two division winners earn a bye (you MUST win your division to earn a bye).
The remaining two division winners will play the two wildcard teams, with the highest division winner not to earn a bye playing against the lowest wildcard team.
ROUND 2:
SEMI-FINALS - The team with the best regular season record will face the team with the worst regular season record that still remains in playoffs (be that a wildcard team, division winner or even the other team that earned a bye).
ROUND 3:
CHAMPIONSHIP - The two winning teams from Semi-finals will play each other for league Championship;
The two losing teams from the semi-finals will play each other to determine 3rd and 4th Place
