Partagas Maduro No.3
40 degrees and sunny with only the slightest breeze and 34% humidity.
Gorgeous dark brown maduro wrapper with a smooth, fine texture, smooth cap and hard bunch. Perfectly even burn, flat coat, strong, light gray ash, perfect draw and high smoke volume. Faint, subtle, but fragrant aroma and no burn in the throat. Flavor was of ample richness, perfect balance, medium strength, generous body and flavor of woodiness, earth, and hint of herbal taste. Light sweetness, and no bitterness, burn on the tongue, sharpness or saltiness. Overall, a cigar of pedigreed character and just plain outstanding. Overall score: 98 out of 100 |
