Boveda 320 Gram Recharge Station
I keep a 320 gram in my coolers. The boxes in the coolers were well humidified before they went in and I used weather strip to seal the coolers. A 320 gram lasts for months and months, but I'm cheap. It took a bit to figure this out but for now this set up adds back about 1.5 grams of water weight back to each Boveda per day.
I keep 4 in the coolers and keep 4 recharging. Have not landed on a set schedule yet because these 4 were the first set I used in the coolers and they were drawn down to 150-200 grams before I started recharging them. Two butter dishes from a dollar store, 1 pack of wet foam from Walmart, Sistema box, Govee hygrometer to watch things work, distilled water, and patience is all you need. |
