Digital Wi-Fi connected hydrometer?

Must be Wi-Fi connected, temperature readings would be an added bonus.

Or just buy a H5179 all in one device. No gateway needed and this one device does it all on both WIFI and bluetooth. It's large, but it really is an all in one solution. Uses 3AAs and battery life seems pretty good.
