I have been very fortunate lately, being able to savor some of the most incredible cognacs I have ever had.......Richard Hennesey "Richard Reserve", Louis XIII, and Kelt Petra. The great thing about these cognacs is that they were gifts!

Well, today another dream has come true. I have been searching for years for the elusive Ron Edmundo Dantes Montecristo Rum. This is extremely rare 25 year old cuban rum.

A friend knew I have been looking for this, and he brought back his only bottle for me. Now granted this stuff is extremely $$$ and he could have doubled his money on this, but I got it at cost.
The only problem is that this stuff is so rare that I'm afraid to drink it. I understand that this stuff was being guarded like the national treasure down in Cuba this past Feb.
