P-lip and dry tobacco
I learned the other day that tobacco that is a bit dry and a Peterson's P-lip bit pipe is a really bad combination. The tobacco burned a bit hot and the P-lip poured the smoke directly onto the roof of my mouth. At the time I didn't think it was too bad. A day later I had a blister and peeling skin. Today it's still raw and sensitive. No smoking for a day or two yet. Okay, I've learned my lesson, my tobbacco is being kept in a humidified container from now on!

I have one Peterson P-lip on a straight pipe and I can't stand it. Some day I'll have a lucite fishtail put on it.

I've been looking at Petersons, but it would have to be one of the fishtails. No P-lip for me.
