Starting to Worry...(Vicksburg Humidor)

Bought my Vicksburg from Bargain Humidor around 10/26 and placed the digital hygro in the top shelf. It's stayed at 63-64% the whole time. Is it too soon to start worrying or should it take more time for the cedar to "drink" in the moisture and hold a higher humidity? FYI I did not wet the sides of the humi and I have about 50+- sticks in there. There are photos in my album in the link below if it will help.
