Ive been running the idea of doing something like this. Maybe you could put one one of those little thermo electric coolers ( the plug in travel ones) in there with a fan mounted on top to blow the air around. I've seen them on e-bay and at the stores pretty cheap, around 30-40 dollars. The big struggle will be to insulate it well enough to keep the heat out.
