The back panel is definately OSB plywood (or similar) - a step above particle board (just bigger "particles" ) but there shouldnt be any problems unless you are actually getting it soaking wet. Although there is no rear shot of the cabinet, the buyer may be able to remove the back panel and substitue something else. Once its covered with cedar, no one would ever know its OSB in there.
The shelves do look like pine, and can be replaced easily when cedar is installed. Not a bad buy at $99.95. |
