The one HUGE thing that I have learned since getting the Avallo is just how much relative humidity GREATLY effects the draw of your sticks.
Before, when I used just beads or the cigar oasis, I used to get plugged smokes all the time. Since getting the Avallo, I haven't had 1 plugged smoke that was due to RH. Plus, I dry box my smokes for 2 days after taking them out of the humidor. The Avallo Accumonitor has done wonders for my cigar smoking experience.
