I'll second this. I've kept glass tubed cigars sealed for 7 years and they have smoked great. Note that in theory a glass tube would be more permeable to gases than an aluminum tube because glass is amorphous. However, this difference will likely be undetectable as far as the cigars are concerned. Happy smoking
