Many of the digital hygrometers have a memory phase. If yours is in the memory phase, it is showing you the last % entered into memory. I have had the same thing happen; but once I changed from memory reading to current reading, it showed that the humidity had changed. Take a close look at your digital and make sure that it is not set on memory reading.

Thanks for the tip. I'll check it out when I get home. I guess it's not a bad thing that it's keeping such steady humidity. I'm more used to my old humidor that would fluctuate wildly from 50%-80% on any given moment.
