moving to NJ

Next weekend I will be moving to Point Pleasant, New Jersey for a new job opportunity. Word has it there is a JR Cigar retail store about an hour away. I am excited to check it out if it's convenient. Anyone been there?

Any other suggestions for cigar bars and lounges in the area?

Damn ... your on JR's (Whippany, NJ) doorstep !!!
It's probably the best of all the JR stores, nice bar, good food area, and tons of great cigars - you will love it. Plus the JR store in Paramus, NJ is only around a 1/2 hour away as well.

Yeah, Whippany sounds like the name of the town they mentioned. Sounds pretty good from what you said. I'll be sure to check it out and report my findings.

I'm moving from Westerly, RI. Spent plenty of time in Pawtucket watching the Sox as a kid.

oh c'mon, i'm sure there are some redeaming qualities.

As a kid growing up in RI we use to loathe the state of NJ. One summer was ruined when their medical waste washed up on our beaches and no noe could go swimming.

The best thing about NJ is that I live there!

Seems like we New Jerseyans have grown in numbers here in CW.

From Point Pleasant to Whippany will take you over an hour and the Paramus location which is a few towns away from me will take you about the same amount of time. JR's corporate offices are in Whippany. Welcome to NJ You'll love it here.
