This is one of the dumbest, yet. Two guys flip on the issue, and this one idiot's basic take is "Health trumps rights" Oh, really? From Delaware

The lack of education in this nation is stunning and worrisome.

There ARE good comments in that area, with guys bringing hard facts. These folks need some backup, so, come on, CWers, BRING IT.

GREENVILLE, S.C. --
Monday night, the Greenville city council decided to hold off on moving forward with plans to amend its smoking ordinance that would have added to its rules*and enforcement.

The reason, said the Mayor--the wording of the changes is too confusing, and needs to be reworked, so businesses and city leaders are on the same page.

Had the changes been voted on, smokers might have had*fewer places to light up in the city.

The current ban, passed back in 2006, has worked well according to some city council members.**They say the changes are simply to close some loopholes that remain in the current ordinance.

The proposed changes would expand the ban to public parks where there are playgrounds, cigar bars and tobacco stores, and all outdoor decks or patios.*
