Let the FDA Know You Won't Stand for it.

This from the Cigar Rights of America.

Quote:
The United States Food and Drug Administration has called for public comment on the implementation of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act.

Cigar Rights of America, as a adult consumer based organization with members in all fifty states, is concerned with the approach the Center for Tobacco Products will take with regard to premium hand-made cigars, and hereby calls all cigar enthusiasts to post their personal comments on the FDA's Regulations website.
Again, here's the link:

HOLY MOLY
Take a look at the new feature I'm running. The Washington Times ran an editorial Wednesday that really exposes the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids and their SUPPOSED adversary Philip Morris. Dr. Siegel really breaks open the editorial and all its implications.

Philip Morris wrote legislation banning flavored cigarettes and the CfTFK went right on with them, EVEN THOUGH they exempted menthol, which happens to be the #1 cigarette flavoring out there, and PM's best seller.

IT IS ALL A SHAM

Not one product from Big Tobacco has been taken off the shelves. The only thing really that has been taken away was Cloves and they are sueing. They are sueing because they are not flavored, that just the type of tobacco. They leave little doubt that this is a precurser to them going after flavored cigars.
