I love a good Reuban, especially if it is prepared properly with Russian dressing. Not Thousand Island, or French...Russian dressing.

Most do. I guess that either they don't know the difference, Russian is too expensive, or they might not understand that incorporates all of the taste ingredients, being starchy, sweet, salty, sour and cheesy.

When leaving Las Vegas I ways hit In N Out. Double double protein style, animal style. Lots of lettuce this time. Oh there's the beef.

Meal prep Saturday. Had boneless skinless chicken thighs I had to cook. Pan fried with salt and pepper. Lots of ways to prep meals. My favorites are rice bowls, Ramen or vegetable soup, or in a quesadilla.

That's a lot of food. The beef rib looks exceptionally good. Wish we could get them here frequently.
