2005 AHL All-Star Classic
FYI…I am on the NHL mailing list and I recently received the following e-mail:

Why would the NHL be mailing that, is the AHL owned by them?

I don’t think the NHL owns the AHL but each NHL team is affiliated with an AHL minor league team.
Affiliations I guess the NHL sent this out in the hopes that we won’t forget about hockey altogether. |
