Can't say that I have one anymore. I do go back again and again to the America's Test Kitchen books for inspiration.

Three that come to mind ... James Martin Paul Treyvaud and Michael Smith The first two are english , Michael is Canadian... Look for their shows on Prime/Netflix ... I really like the way they cook ,especially James Martin... Dan
