more than one cutter is a nice luxury; at one point i had all 3 models, now i just have the Xi3 MIM...for "work" i used the X2, for "play" the X3...but now all my lighters have built-in cutters, so the X3 hasn't seen action for awhile...
have fun with it...get more cutters! |

Just an update for everyone. I received a new cutter about a week later. They came through just like they said and pretty quick if you ask me.
Thanks |

I sure like my Xicar - never a problem, or a bad cut. As is clear from this thread, their customer service is great and they stand by their products. Keep in mind that if yours ever gets dull, send it back to them and they'll sharpen it for free.

I've had my Xi for around three years and it has always delivered clean precise cuts every time. The only problem I have ever had was the velcro tab finally wearing off the leather pouch that came with the Xi. Well, I called Bill in Xikar CS today and asked if they sold replacement pouches. He just offered to send out a replacement pouch...free of charge
I have always heard stories about the great customer service at Xikar...now I know why. Thanks Bill! |
