I've been going to the cigar bar since Georgia ended the 3 week lockdown... so last june? On a side note, I can count the covid cases I personally know on the fingers of one hand. Not that I know a heap of people, but a couple colleagues at work, a few from the cigar bar...

The following in my area are open.

Cigar Cigars in Cleveland and Rocky River have been open. Lounge closed.

Port Royal Tobacco in Solon is open. Lounge closed.

Cousin's Cigar/Dad's Smoke Shop all locations are open. Lounges may be open. I know that the lounge at the Avon Cousin's is open with limited seating.

I don't know about the rest east and south of me.

We're open at 50% capacity in Michigan. At my club (La Casa Plymouth) the public lounge is open with social distance signs on the seats that can't be used. The private lounge is open, but many members are still staying away.
