On ly in Pennsylvania..................
The state legislature snuck a bill in at the end of business yesterday banning SMOKING while driving a motor vehicle.
 Of course, Fast Eddie, AKA-Govenor Ed Rendell passed it. Fines of up to $500.00 bucks if you are caught  I thought they were finally going to outlaw cell phones or some other carp that really intefers with a persons ability to drive. Out tax dollars at work.
