2001 Montecristo No.4

A small little 4.0x44 cigar, with a brown, claro, fine textured wrapper and a smooth cap and hard bunch.

Burn was uneven, with a long, conical cone, and grey, very flaky ash.
Draw was perfect and a high smoke volume.
Aroma was very faint and subtle, and no burn in the throat.

Flavor was of ample richness, with a one dimensional balance, medium strength, body and flavor, which was entirely grassy only.

No sweetness, a pronounced bitterness, no burn on the tongue, medium sharpness and no saltiness.

Overall, the character was lackluster and coarse, and was definitely a dog rocket.

Final score is 53 out of 100

Sadly, this is the last of the cigars ElkTwin sent me to review, so once he posts the backstory, our fun, entertaining and informative collaboration will have come to an end.
