My plans for the winter (coffee related)...
So with the winter QUICKLY approaching, I decided it would be a great idea for me to purchase a large amount of beans to roast before the weather gets bitter cold. I'm in the process of purchasing quite a few airtight containers to store the beans in after they are roasted. I just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on the beans I selected and if anyone else does a huge roast before the winter begins.
In total I just ordered 17lbs from Sweet Marias and have another 5lbs left over from a group buy I did not too long ago... + Tanzania Mbinga Ruvuma Flatbean - 5 lbs + Brazil Cerrado DP Fazenda Aurea - 5 lbs + Sweet Maria's Espresso Monkey Blend - 5 lbs + El Salvador Matalapa -Tablon El Amate - 2 lbs
