Gumbo Burgers
I grew up eating Gumbo burgers. Mom made it using a can of Campbell's Chicken Gumbo soup adding ground beef and a dab of mustard. Is this a Louisiana thing? I now add a slab of onion on top of the gumbo I love'em.
