Little Havana Overruns, how are these?

How are these? I'm a pepin whore on a very very tight budget.....was looking for opinions/thoughts! Thanks!

(Are these good to smoke right off the truck, or do they need time to age)?

TIA,

Aaron

Major internet buzz about these, and they flew off the shelves at Holt's. If you like the more peppery DPG blends, grab 'em. I didn't particularly like them, but I don't like the DPG's with a lot of bite. Most of the less expensive DPG's seem to benefit from aging (like most cigars), but try a few FOTT.

Personally, they did not do much for me. YMMV

According to a thread over at HP, they are a different blend from the originals. If you like Pepins, then go for it before they are gone, which will be soon.

Apparently, there are only 200 bundles remaining from the second release.

I'm going to wait for a couple of opinions. Of course, by then, they could be history. I know several guys that are loading up, no matter what

Aaron,

They are a no brainer because if you do not like them (I enjoy the peppery DPG's), someone will buy them from you....

I too have heard they should age a bit, but I think that is true of most of his cigars.....

These are getting very nice (peppery spice bomb, med-full, Pepin twang) type reviews at HP. I agree that they likely will not last another 24 hrs.

I finally caved.
