Balmoral is either Dutch or Belgian, I'm not sure. It's unlikely those are of any significance abroad. They're not that great anyway, just average cigars that are okay as a casual smoke, so don't sweat it.
Flor de Selva is a brand from Maya Selva. http://www.mayaselva-cigares.com/ Very good Honduran cigars, as far as I'm concerned on par with Cubans (not in complexity but overall quality). Mainly destined for the French market, but worth tracking down. And the Romeo no. 3 is just a RyJ (Habano) cigar. A nice little smoke, nothing special but quite good for its price.
