Broken Blazer

My dual-torch Blazer lighter broke the other day (the trigger that ignites the lighter broke off!). It was my favorite lighter, so I went to the webpage and sent customer service an email telling them what happened. That was 4 days ago. Unfortunately, no response yet. I'm not expecting a free lighter or anything - just wanted to know if they have a repair service that I could use to get it fixed. I'd be happy with any response really - even a "Hey we're sorry for your loss, hope the next one works better for you." I understand owning a product means that eventually it's going to break. I would just like a response though. I think I'll head off after this and send another email their way. See if maybe the first one slipped through the cracks.
