Montecristo No.3

Extremely tasty as always

Burn was pretty bad and refused to correct, and draw required several puffs to get it going and get decent smoke volume

Overall still a tasty smoke, but had more annoying issues than I typically have with a Montecristo

All the Hemingway line is great, but the Untold Story is great for its large size so you get a nice, long, Hemingway experience.

I have a couple Maduros left of the handful I was given a while back and they are also really good, plus they have at least 5 years age, so nice and smooth

Leaf by Oscar Corojo Lancero

Excellent taste with quite a bit of spiciness the entire length.

Perfect draw, burn and construction and amazing smoke production from such a small rg cigar.

Also being wrapped in a leaf vs cellophane is a pretty cool thing.

Actually saved it in a ziplock bag with a 69% Boveda to use for repairs where the binder is broken/cracked (typically from me using the draw tool on smaller rg cigars and not going in straight and punching through the side)

Had been considering buying a small bag of wrapper leaves but now don't need to as this one should last quite a while.

Hope you all had a lovely holiday. Ours is a little complicated due to hard head relatives, mostly MIL.

Yestiddy had a Cain Daytona toro in the afternoon, and, after supper had a CAO Mx2 toro/Corona Gorda from my YOUNGER son. Still a great cigar.

E.P. Carrillo Perez Carrillo Encore Valientes

Pretty solid full, but still very tasty.

Draw was extremely easy, so great, thick, rich smoke production.

Burn and construction were perfect.

Overall, a pretty good smoke

Rainy, sleeting, snowy, windy day in NE Pa. today, not a great day in the garage for smoking!!! But onward and smokey.

Torano Vault Blend A-008 Robusto (5 x 52, NIC)

It was a awesome smoke with a cup of coffee, tasted like Anisette Liqueur. Give one a try.

Espinosa Habano Toro (6 x 52, NIC)

Love Erik's blends (Almost as much as A.J.'s) a chocolate treat I wish I had it with a stout beer instead of the Dego red wine.

Drew Estate Herrera Esteli Norteno Corona Extra (4.75 x 48, NIC)

Just finishing this classic up now, After dinner with a cup of coffee. End of a perfect day. Other then the weather!!

I've never had the Fino and haven't had a Mombacho in a long time, I have a couple somewhere, from memory they're excellent cigars. In my inventory:

2-Tierra Volcan (Mombacho) Volcanito (4.75 x 26, NIC)

Box of 24-Volcan (Mombacho) Nicaraguan Clasico (5.5 x 52, NIC)
from BLUE HAVANA CIGARS CHICAGO when they were on sale
