This may have been covered before, but I wanted some recent thoughts.

Anyone use a torch-type lighter that they would unconditionally recommend - one that won't (will'nt?) cost me the price of a good box of cigars?

TIA

Get you a Slim Laser Arrow, best I've found for the price with a lifetime warranty!
Mike at Bargain Humidors has them.

The original Blazer lighters rock, if you can find them. I have one that I've used constantly for over 5 years, with no problems. (Actually bought two, and lost one about a year ago, damn it!)

Anyone have a source for Blazer torches (not knockoffs)?

Last time I checked, there were several (new) listed on ebay.

I've got one in need of repair, and have just been informed that the Blazer Corp. is back in business. Hopefully they will be doing repairs again.

Blazer is back in business. We'll know in a few months if they are going to disappear again. Couldn't get a straight answer from the person in their booth about repairing older Blazers.
