So what's for lunch?

Decided to try something different with skillet chicken breast. One skillet I cooked thin cut chicken breast with salt and pepper to cook even and quick. In another skillet I made this fantastic wine, mushroom with cream sauce. I used this recipe for the sauce.

Once the sauce was done, I added it to the chicken breast and let it cook a few more minutes on low heat to let the chicken and sauce cook together a bit.

Serves with mashed potatoes. Damn it’s really good. I was going to use cream of mushroom soup as the sauce. So happy I didn’t and made this simple sauce instead.
