Fried bologna and egg on a toasted bagel with cheese and salt and vinegar potato chips... Washed down with a Sunkist Orange Drink.

Had some frozen Italian style meatballs, jar of Ragú mushroom and garlic sauce, and hotdog buns I needed to use. I sautéed onions, and assembled meatball sandwiches. Added mozzarella cheese and finished it in the toaster oven. I wasn’t expecting much from frozen and leftover ingredients.

Maybe the stars, planets, and the , moon were all aligned just right. Perhaps the sun was in the right spot along the Mayan pyramids. Maybe a food god took pity on me. Those meatball sandwiches ROCKED.

I had a brisket sammie from Arbys and they now have krinkle fries which is good not a fan of their curly fries.

I hadn't seen a commercial for it yet. It's not bad brisket at all, it's just kind of generic. I'll be having a couple (w/o bun) sometime soon. Thanks for the heads up.

Made my way to KFC for their $3.99 Krispy Chicken Sandwich. I got the classic. It is smaller then the Popeyes and the Carl's chicken sandwiches. The cook on the chicken is good. Patty was juicy. I was hoping for original recipe coating but it was more like extra crispy. I think I would have liked it more if they used original recipe. Still, it is a decent chicken sandwich.
