Cigar Holders

A neigbor of mine, an older man, uses these to smoke cigars, claiming they prevent tobacco from going into the mouth. I saw his holders, they appear to be made of inexpensive wood, light colour. Anyway, he complained that the stores don't carry them anymore. I decided to do him a small favor and find them on the web (he doesn't have computer and probably doesn't know how to use internet), but the search for 'Cigar Holder' only shows cigar tubes or cases.
Can anybody help me help the older man? May be you know who carries them? Very appreciated.
