Well it was Sunday, not Friday, but last night to accompany a prime rib I roasted, I fixed myself a Citadelle gin martini with jalapeno stuffed olives. Superb!

Really, really tasty Islay malt that strikes a lovely balance between the Sherry and Bourbon cask influences as well as the peat.

An interesting take on Bourbon, with the Port cask finishing adding subtle fruit nuances and smoothness... Almost too smooth for my taste.

Two brews from our local Boulevard Brewing Company: first, their main product Boulevard Pale Ale, and second, one of their newest products, Space Camper Cosmic IPA, a unique take on an IPA.
