Taxes
I went to St. Augustine this weekend and stopped in one shop. I asked why FL shops carry so little canned tobacco. Lo and behold I find out the answer: Seems that in FL the loose tobacco has almost no tax, like cigars that have none, but tins of tobacco have and exorbitant tax on them in this state!!! Looks like I'll be doing web order.
