Day 1: espresso ~ mas o menos
So today was the first day I got to use my espresso machine and I gotta say that it's a messy proposition. I probably pulled 10 double shots throughout the day, using ferdelance espresso blend from CBC. After I got the grind right, I started pulling fairly good shots with healthy amounts of crema. Milk frothing was a little frustrating at first, but with a simple mod, I was able to make decent microfoam.
By the end of the day, I think my drinks were much better than starbucks.
