The Joint Administrative Receivers agree to settlement of
outstanding charges relating to storage of stock at distilleries
and bottling facilities under bond up to date of transfer of
ownership as stipulated within the Tender process.

In addition a quantity of duty paid cased and loose stock located at a London address to include the following;-
