12 Days of Christmas----Day One
Day 1: Temple Hall #550 Tubos Maduro
Valid thru Midnight, Friday, December 8, 2006, while supplies last. Here's a chance to snare a truly premium premium. General Cigar and Soutar, prior to General Cigar, have been rolling these luxuriously mild handmades since 1876. In fact, this was the very first Jamaican brand ever commercially sold worldwide. When General moved the production of Macanudo to the Dominican Republic, the Temple Hall brand moved right along with it, unchanged in any way. It's the same solid cedar cabinet, the same ultra-mild, sensuously flavored blend, and the same first quality USA grown Connecticut wrapper that has satisfied consumers for over 125 years. Rarely seen in tobacco shops due to its extremely limited distribution, they're our first choice for this year's 12 Days of Christmas celebration. Today's offer involves 20 glass-tubed, dark, Connecticut Broadleaf Tubos #550 - a 5 ½ inch thick by 50 ring gauge robusto at a fantastic price. TUBOS #550 Maduro - THT3 MSRP: $120.00 JR Price: $74.95 Today's price: $49.95 (I Hope i didnt break a rule!)

Temple hall are good cigars. Expensive, and mild to the point of being a waste of time for a lot of people. I enjoyed the ones that I got years ago in a trade, it was a cigar that was all about subtlety. The Maduro may be more flavorfull than the shade grown, and I would love to have a box of these, just to see what they are like.
Unfortunately, like most of the twelve day items, it hits fifty dollars, and that is the absolute limit of what I will spend, and I am not going to do it on a box of twenty, just to satisfy a curiosity. |

sadly agree that the temple hall line is a "waste of time here"...too many cooked tongues on cigar bb's... |

A quality, well made cigar at a great price.
However, way too mild for my tastes. I'll check back at 12:01 am.

Well made, MILD cigar (made in the same factory as a VERY well known mild smoke). I've even had people say they have more flavor than that aforementioned other smoke.

No thanks, I like a more med-full cigar. Nice looking present material though for the mild smoker.
