Long Term Storage and Pre Smoke Storage

When I started I kept my smokes at 70%...then I experimented with 65%. I prefer 65% now and the question is if I get some sticks that I'm not going to smoke for awhile, should I keep those at 70% (read they age better at that %) and then move them to my other humi that's at 65% to stage it to smoke?
