Burn problems and RH, related?

I had some problems with a couple cigars over the weekend and thought I might ask around if I am the cause of the problems. I smoked 3 cigars on Friday that all burned and tasted perfectly with no problem. On Sat. though I had some touch up issues with an ISOM smoke. It has an uneven burn that I had to tend to a couple times and towards the end it started tunneling. Luckily I was at the end so the majority of the smoke was alright. Yesterday I smoked another ISOM that was a complete failure. I toasted and light it ok but almost immediately within the first 1/4 I was having to touch it up and then it started to tunnel. I was back and forth with this thing all night. At times it would recover for a bit and I was able to see what this smoke would really be like and then it would just start to tunnel again. The cigar was a VR Famosa by the way. I know tunneling is caused by a wetter wrapper than filler but my humidor is always between 66-72 deg and 64-66 RH. There is a slight temp fluctuation during the day only because the house warms up but it's nothing major. Just wondering if I have storage issues or I just jumped the gun and smoked the cigar to soon after arrival, 2 weeks ago, or it was young.
