Cedar coolerdoor kit questions---2 part question

Ok, say I get one of those snazzy cooler liners, how do I go about getting the cedar up to 65% before putting my 'gars in it? Right now I have a 50 qt absolutely filled with gars and boxes to prevent crushing and also to allow me to sort though them easier. The boxes have been in the dor for over a year and serve the same purpose as the liner, BUT I'm sure they take up about 3x the space as the liner would.

All that to say this: How do I get the liner up to humid and then do the rapid switcheroo in the cooler?


Also: How should I itemize my gars without the boxes' help? I'd like to rid myself of having 10-15 boxes in the cooler, all of odd sizes, but I want some other way to sorth through them and protect them.
