More for me, bro!
 Quakers are part of the game if you're gonna play with naturals. The cleanest prep I've ever had still had a couple that needed picking. What I've found interesting is that there seems to be an inverse correlation between cleanliness of prep and blueberry bombage. I've tried a number of Grade 1 Ethiopian nats, and none have rivaled some of the Grade 3 Yirgacheffes I've had. I've also found better results when I do a light picking of the quakers. Really makes me wonder if the blueberry comes from at least slightly under-ripe beans. But yeah, Bob-O-Link is top of my list of Brazilians, and it's just hard to go wrong with a Rwandan. I just wish I could find a dry-processed Rwanda.
