Bulleit Barrel Strength (Batch No. 06) last night, poured over ice. A nice way to smooth out the high alcohol and accentuate the sweetness and roundness of the Bourbon. Tasty!

Evan Williams, bottled in bond, 100 proof with a couple of ice cubes to chill and open up the flavor. If you can find it (lately the big bottles are getting hard to find), I recommend that you try it. Right now I think it's the best value bourbon on the market ($27/1,75l). Naturally, I much prefer Elijah Craig, but at a much higher price point (it's getting harder to find as well). Cheers, and ROLL TIDE!
